How the first 6 months work
The striped months are the 6-month minimum term. The minimum you pay is £450 in total (3 × £50 + 3 × £100). Full details are in the terms of use.
Pricing questions
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. Sign up, set up your yard and use everything for 30 days. Before the trial ends we'll email you to start your subscription.
When does the 6-month minimum term start?
On the day your paid subscription starts, which is normally the day after your free trial ends. Months 1 to 3 are £50 each and months 4 to 6 are £100 each.
What happens after 6 months?
Your subscription carries on month to month at £100. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice by email.
What if I cancel during the minimum term?
You can stop using TipTrack at any time, but the remaining months of the 6-month minimum term are still payable.
Is VAT added?
No. TipTrack is not VAT registered, so the prices shown are the full amount you pay.
How do I pay?
We invoice monthly in advance. You pay by bank transfer within 14 days.
What happens if the trial ends and I don't subscribe?
You can still sign in, view and export your records, and loads already sent to DEFRA are unaffected. You won't be able to create new tickets until you subscribe.
We run more than one site.
Your subscription covers one licensed site. Get in touch for a price for additional sites.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, at any time. You can export your register and tickets. If you leave, we keep your data for 90 days so you can export it, then delete it.
